Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days for items that are in stock in the UK and 6-9 days for EU, USA, Monaco & Switzerland. Items that are out of stock can be ordered, with a lead time of 3-4 weeks before delivery.
Deliveries can only be made to the UK, Channel Islands, EU counties, Monaco, Switzerland, Canada, China, Qatar, UAE, Japan, Kuwait, Saudia Arabia and the USA. Unfortunately we can not currently deliver to all locations. When using the drop down address location menu, you may not find the location you wish to deliver to. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us at info@khaliquelondon to see if shipment can be arranged. In instances where we agree to deliver outside of the locations offered in our drop down address menu the recipient will need to pay any local taxes and import duties.
Customs, local taxes and duties are added to your Khalique Limited purchase at checkout for those locations offered in our drop down address menu only. We add import duties and taxes for orders shipped to locations in our drop down menu at checkout to make sure that there are no additional charges to you upon delivery.
In the future we hope to be able to deliver to further locations, and will add these to the drop down menu as this becomes possible.
Whenever we refer to ‘working days’ these exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays. Item(s) delivered will include sufficient information to enable you to return or exchange your item(s) following the procedure outlined in our Returns Policy.
We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Your delivery should be inspected immediately on receipt of the item(s) and checked to ensure all items are present as ordered. Any issue relating to an incomplete order must be communicated within 3 days of the delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are delighted with your Khalique purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. You may cancel your order by contacting us within 7 days of the delivery day. To return an item we ask that you email us requesting a return reference. Once you have emailed your return details we will ask that you return the item(s) to us unworn and in the condition that it was received, along with all tags, label and original packaging. To ensure the item(s) arrive with us in a pristine condition, please return items in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Item(s) must be returned to us by a registered trackable courier or postal system that requires a signature on receipt of delivery to us. Khalique Ltd is not liable for any returns lost during shipping. Please retain proof of postage and details of the delivery confirmation until your refund has been processed. Khalique Ltd will not cover the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any additional VAT and duties please ensure you state the following on the outside of the package: THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS A RETURN FROM ORIGINAL AIRWAY BILL: [insert bill number here] Regrettably, any additional charges for VAT and import duties incurred due to failure to add the above statement on your return packaging will be deducted from the value of your refund.
Please note that we can only accept returned items within 10 days of signed-for delivery receipt. Items must be unworn and in the exact condition they were received in. All items are fully quality checked before being shipped. If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us immediately with the returns information as detailed above.
Refunds for items deemed faulty are issued at the discretion of our team.
Please note that faulty item(s) returns must be reported to our team via email as above before they are returned. Khalique Ltd is not responsible for the time it takes for a return to reach us. We will not process a refund until a returned item(s) has been received, checked and are within our returns policy. If approved for return your refund will be issued. Depending on the payment provider used this should be within 5-15 working days. We will only refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
